This is a Page that is displaying the Join Our Club form. To change what is on this form, Go to the Dashboard and go under “Forms” and click Edit. You can change the name of the fields, click to add new ones, and modify this however you choose. If you wish to add PayPal payments, activate the Gravity Forms Paypal plugin (under Dashboard -> Plugins) and then go to Dashboard -> Forms -> PayPal, and follow the instructions.
